You have the right to return a product purchased on limiteditemlovers.com until 14 days after the date of receipt of that product.
We ask you, before returning the product purchased at limiteditemlovers.com, to send an e-mail to store@limiteditemlovers.com with this information:
- your order number (preferably in the subject of your email)
- the message that you want to return a purchased product
- the name of the product
- the date on which the product was delivered to the specified delivery address
- your name
The time your email arrived at craterecords.be is used to determine if your return is within the stipulated 14 day period. When limiteditemlovers.com confirms that your return request is within this period, you have the right to return your product. If your request arrives outside this period, limiteditemlovers.com reserves the right to refuse your return request, with the corresponding refund of the product.
Procedure and other provisions
The product must always be returned complete and undamaged in its original, undamaged packaging. You must take the necessary precautions to ensure that the product cannot be damaged during return; therefore, we recommend that you return the product in the same box in which it was delivered, filled with cushioning material to protect the product.

The cost of returning the product is always at your expense, unless limiteditemlovers.com has exceptionally sent you a different product than the one you actually ordered.
Refund of the purchase amount (incl. standard shipping costs) will take place after limiteditemlovers.com has received the returned product. The refund will be done via the same payment method as the purchase, unless you and craterecords.be have agreed otherwise.
If the returned product is delivered to craterecords.be in a condition (e.g., used, stained, damaged, incomplete, ) that prevents further sale of the product to third parties at the original retail price, limiteditemlovers.com reserves the right to deduct from the refund the difference between the original purchase price and the remaining retail price.
You lose the right to return sealed products whose seal is broken after delivery.
